ScreenShare Lab

Consent-based live screen sharing — educational security lab

📱 Share a screen (Host)

Open the host page on the device whose screen you want to share (this browser tab, another tab, or your phone). The stream starts only after you explicitly press a consent button on that device — the browser shows its own screen-pick permission prompt.

⚠️ Only use this on your own device or a device whose owner has given explicit permission. Never stream a screen without consent.

🛡️ Learn: Pegasus-class spyware anatomy

Defensive, high-level overview of how commercial spyware operates — infection chain, abused Android privileges, detection indicators, and defenses. Analysis only, no operational details.

🔍 Audit your own Android

On-device red-flag checklist (Accessibility, Device Admin, overlays, sideloads…) plus a paste-based analyzer for adb dumpsys output from your own phone. Defensive use only.

🖥️ Watch a device (Viewer)

Open the viewer dashboard in another tab (or another machine) with the same room code to see the shared screen live.

The viewer only receives what the host explicitly shared after pressing the consent button on the host device.
How to run the demo: start the server with node server.js, open this page, click Open Host in one tab and press “Share this screen” (or “Share simulated phone screen” for a no-prompt demo), then click Open Viewer dashboard in a second tab with the same room code. Optional microphone / camera buttons on the host each ask for their own separate permission before anything is sent.
